Zoom Class Registration

ONLINE MEDITATION CLASS STRUCTURE:
The once-a-week online meditation classes, usually held over 6 consecutive Saturday mornings or afternoons (or weekday evenings when specifically scheduled), and last approximately 90 minutes. These sessions include lectures, PowerPoint presentations, and dedicated meditation time, along with ample opportunity for discussion. You can learn meditation online through these Zoom meditation classes, which are structured to provide a comprehensive understanding of the practice.

Our teachings are based on the principles of Vipassana (insight) Meditation, which forms the foundation of a Mindfulness Meditation practice (also known as MBSR). We’ll integrate these principles with a strong emphasis on how a daily practice connects to the latest neuroscientific research and current psychological findings. This approach helps illustrate why this form of meditation is so effective in managing daily stress, anxiety, worry, self-doubt, and promoting self-discovery.

ZOOM MEDITATION CLASSES COST:
BY DONATION – You have the option to contribute to the classes upfront or at the end of each class. For group classes, an offering is $20 per class is suggested and for private instruction, a donation of $35 is suggested. However, you can contribute whatever fits your budget, Your current financial situation should not hinder your ability to improve your overall health well-being. All proceeds are used to promote or advertise Mindfulness Meditation to others. There is no obligation to continue after the first class if you feel this practice doesn’t meet your needs.

GROUP CLASS:
Our Online live meditation classes will be announced several weeks in advance. After you have registered, we will send some details about the class and then we will send LINKS to the classes 7 to 10 days prior to the class. It is important that you are willing to commit to a daily practice during the 6 weeks of training. (Note: No classes are held on holiday weekends.) Payment can be made through PayPal, Zelle or Venmo. PERSONAL PRIVATE INSTRUCTION:
For those seeking more personalized attention, weekly private or semi-private sessions are available at a time convenient for you. Especially, if you’re new to meditation and looking for personalized guidance, our online meditation classes for beginners is a great option. The cost for private sessions is $35 per class.
